Chef Michael Mansfield:

Owner and Executive Chef

Chef Michael Mansfield attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Over the past 25 years, Chef Mansfield has worked alongside some of the most prominent chefs in the country while crafting his own unique spins on classic fare. Growing up in Austin, Texas, Chef Mansfield was brought up in a military family. Upon high school graduation, Chef Mansfield chose duty & honor by following his father's footsteps into the United States Marine Corps. 


 Chef Mansfield worked his way up in the restaurant industry starting as a dishwasher at age 16. He worked at the famous Driskill Hotel in Austin in his early 20s as a Sous Chef before being called back to duty after 9/11. He was honorably discharged in 2014.

Chef Mansfield has been inspired by the culture and food of Texas and grew to love and appreciate those flavors throughout his life. 


Chef Mansfield is also an avid hunter and fisherman, a devoted husband, & the father of two sons and a daughter. 

Kasey Mansfield:

Owner and Office Manager

Kasey Mansfield is a mother of three (12, 5, and 3) and a graduate of the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Psychology. She worked as a teacher until her second son was born in 2017. Kasey became an online health & wellness partner in 2019 after losing 70 lbs with nutrition, exercise, and community. She currently works from home helping women get healthy & keeping Chef Michael organized.

Jessica Pieterczyk 

Chef de Cuisine

Jessica Pietertcyk is a culinary artisan whose journey embodies a rich tapestry of cultural heritage and professional expertise. Hailing from the vibrant city of Chicago, she is a proud first-generation Polish American, deeply rooted in the traditions and flavors of her ancestry. Jessica's culinary odyssey began in Denver, Colorado, where she pursued her passion for the culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University.


Drawing inspiration from her familial roots, Jessica honed her craft with a diverse skill set, blending the precision of a journeyman meat cutter with the finesse of a pastry chef. Her family's legacy, spanning over 80 years as proprietors of a renowned Polish butcher shop on the South Side of Chicago, instilled in her a profound appreciation for quality, tradition, and innovation in the culinary world.


With over two decades of experience in the industry, Jessica's expertise is a fusion of classical French training and a deep understanding of traditional Polish cuisine. Her culinary prowess transcends boundaries, as she seamlessly integrates diverse techniques and flavors into her creations. Whether meticulously crafting savory delights or indulgent pastries, Jessica's dedication to her craft is evident in every dish she creates.



Beyond her culinary pursuits, Jessica is a passionate advocate for preserving culinary heritage and fostering community through food. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her unwavering dedication to her craft, continues to inspire and delight palates around the world.
